'The Haunting of Hill House' Officially Confirmed for Second Season
With a new title and source novel.

Netflix has announced that The Haunting of Hill House is set to return for a second season. The show has been renamed as The Haunting… and will relaunch as an anthology series, with each season focusing on a different story.
The second season is titled The Haunting of Bly Manor, and is based on Henry James’ 1898 novel “The Turn of the Screw.” The book tells the story of a governess who has been hired to look after two siblings, over the course of the book several ghosts around the manor house exert a supernatural hold over the two children.
In addition to announcing the new series and show format, Netflix has also revealed that The Haunting… creator Mike Flanagan and executive producer Trevor Macy have signed a multi-year overall television deal with the streaming service. This deal will see the pair exclusively produce television projects for Netflix.
