Update: At last, Hayley Wilson’s very own take on the Nike SB Dunk Low is finally dropping. The shoe, which was teased throughout the second half of 2024, has just been officially presented by the Swoosh. The professional skater’s colorway draws inspiration from her own tattoos, informing the artwork present at the sockliner and semi-translucent outsole. Its black, purple, blue, and white color scheme, which we initially detailed below, will be first arriving on shelves on June 5 via select skate shops. From there, Nike SNKRS will be hosting a launch on June 7 at a price of $140 USD.
Original Story: Olympic skater Hayley Wilson is teaming up with Nike SB to envision her own take on the storied skate shoe, the Nike SB Dunk Low.
A majority of the Hayley Wilson x Nike SB Dunk Low silhouette comes dipped in a vibrant purple hue, with the upper composed of a mixture of “Court Purple,” white and black. The laces also land in a lighter shade of purple, while the sneaker’s turquoise tongue tags come imbued with Wilson’s name. News of the new silhouette arrived back in the fall. At the end of September, unofficial images of Wilson’s Dunk Low surfaced online, to which she revealed an official first look on Instagram. “If you gonna leak my colorway at least leak the right one xoxo … Here is a sneak peek for what is coming … Coming 2025,” she wrote at the time.
While a solidified release date is not yet on lock, the Hayley Wilson x Nike SB Dunk Low is slated to drop sometime in Summer 2025. Stay tuned as more info becomes available.
