Hennessey Performance has unveiled its new H600 upgrade for the 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, packing a supercharged 6.2L V8 that now delivers 625 hp and 633 lb-ft of torque. Hennessey’s latest package elevates two of America’s most popular full-size SUVs into high-performance family haulers. It includes a Magnuson supercharger, sport-touring exhaust, Brembo brakes, 24-inch gloss black wheels, a lowered suspension and distinctive Hennessey badging.
The H600 Tahoe and Suburban mark a new era for Hennessey, becoming the first GM models available directly through authorized Chevrolet dealers across the U.S. Customers can now purchase these upgraded SUVs with full GM financing options, dealer support and comprehensive warranties, including Hennessey’s own 3-year/36,000-mile limited coverage.
John Hennessey, founder and CEO, described the upgrade as a passion project: “We’ve always loved Suburbans for their versatility. Now, with 625 horsepower, these are true driver’s SUVs—fast, capable, and just as practical as ever.”
Available exclusively on models equipped with the 6.2L V8, the H600 package also includes Firestone Firehawk Pursuit tires and six-piston front Brembo brakes to handle the extra power. Orders are open now via Hennessey’s official site and participating GM dealerships nationwide.
