Returning as Dream, Tom Sturridge leads the cast through a visually rich and emotionally charged continuation of Neil Gaiman’s mythic universe. The trailer teases high-stakes confrontations as Dream faces the consequences of his past actions, with the fate of the Dreaming – and perhaps reality itself – hanging in the balance. Familiar faces like Death (Kirby Howell-Baptiste), Lucifer (Gwendoline Christie) and Desire (Mason Alexander Park) return, while new characters from the Endless family and mythological realms make their debut.
Season 2 draws from several iconic arcs in the original comic series, including “Season of Mists,” “Brief Lives” and “The Kindly Ones.” The trailer hints at Dream’s descent into Hell, a journey to ancient Greece and a cosmic search for his estranged brother Destruction.
